AJ Ward Realty gave birth when I decided to walk away from what corporate America was offering to employees in the marketplace. Having sold a very successful business to private equity at 37 years of age, I knew it was time to take my 10+ years of real estate knowledge to the next level. Having a prior background in the mortgage industry coupled with numerous commercial and residential projects and transactions (and entrepreneurial mindset), I knew it was time to put the wheels in motion.
